Q: What do I need to bring to the branch?
A: All the following:
Award Letter
Drivers License or State ID
Student ID
Social Security # - Card not needed, just the #
Q: Once I'm at the branch, what do I do?
A: Sign in at the New Accounts Department
Q: What happens after I sign in with New Accounts?
A: A New Accounts Representative will assist you with your New Membership Application and an ATM card will be issued on the spot!
Q: Is there anything else I should know?
A: YES, this is a Grant Account used for only withdrawing your Grant funds, if you need a full service account, let the New Accounts Representative know and he/she will open your savings and/or checking account for you. ALL FUNDS INSURED UP TO $500,000
Q: WHAT are the benefits of opening a full-service account?
A: A full service account allows you to open a FREE eAccount which includes checking, savings and a VISA debit card; apply for a loan, ATM access at our CO-OP ATM's which include all 7-11 stores and more!
